About AtoAxis

Two things changed at once. Coding-time tools started charging for your own history behind an upgrade, and a growing share of the code in a working day stopped being typed by a person at all. A tracker that answers "how long" but not "who wrote this" is now answering half the question.

• Your complete history belongs in the base plan, not behind a higher tier
• AI-written and hand-written work are different quantities and should be counted separately
• A metric that cannot be established should say so instead of rendering as zero
• Metadata is enough to answer these questions; source code and prompts are not needed

Early Access, and the boundary is worth stating plainly: the ingestion and analytics path is built and running, while billing and team features are not. Nothing on this site describes a feature that does not exist yet in the present tense.

• Working: heartbeat ingestion, duration blocks, project, language, editor and branch analytics
• Working: AI attribution with hooks for Claude Code, Codex CLI and Gemini CLI
• Working: a first-party VS Code extension, and WakaTime-protocol compatibility for other editors
• Not yet: billing and checkout, team and organisation dashboards, adapters for Cursor and Copilot
