AtoAxis terms

This site is an Early Access website for a product that has not launched. Joining the list registers interest and nothing else: no account is created, no payment is taken, and no service level is promised.

• Joining the list is not a purchase and creates no obligation on either side
• Features described as planned or in development may change or be dropped
• Availability during Early Access is best effort and can be interrupted without notice
• These are preliminary terms and will be replaced before the product becomes payable

The service is hosted and operated by us; there is nothing for you to deploy or maintain. The data you send stays scoped to your own account and is not sold, shared or used to train anything.

• You keep ownership of the activity data your machines send
• Data is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used as training material
• Heartbeats carry metadata and counts, never source code, prompts or responses
• You can request deletion of your data by email

The rules here are short because there are only a few ways to misuse a heartbeat API, and all of them make the numbers meaningless for everyone.

• Do not send fabricated activity or activity that is not yours
• Do not share one API key across people; it identifies one account
• Do not attempt to read another account’s data or bypass the rate limits
• Do not use the service where doing so would break a law that applies to you
